NER is currently performing the General Contracting work for this exclusive Condominum Community. The project consists of complete Building Envelope Repairs for three multi-unit buildings as well as six individual townhouse buildings and a clubhouse. The project consists of removal of the exterior cladding systems including EIFS, clapboards, windows and masonry. Repairs to substrate include the replacement of building framing and sheathing and the installation of extensive waterproofing, replacement of existing windows, new EIFS and masonry. All roofing is also being removed and replaced with extensive flashings, waterproofing and gutters to eliminate the cause of failure.
This project presents many site logistical issues due to its tight access and fully occupied units, but with much coordination and planning we are able to identify the issues and solve them in advance through constant communication with the owners, architect and tenants.
