NER has been the General Contractor of choice for several general contracting projects for Dexter Park Apartments in Brookline, MA. One of which was a multi-phased project consisting of balcony repairs and flashing installations as well as a major plaza removal and replacement project which consisted of removing the failed paving, waterproofing and planters and replacing with a new membrane, through-wall flashing details under asphalt pavement, concrete pavement and planter systems.
