NER Construction Management was the General Contractor for the roof replacement and masonry restoration of this former historic hospital in the heart of Boston. Now used as an Assisted Living facility, our work consisted of masonry rebuilding, repointing and cleaning of the brick and cast stone facade while fully occupied by elderly tenants. This project was completed on time in under sixteen weeks.
