The scope of this project included the complete demolition of the existing granite cobble plaza and installation of a new plaza. NER Construction Management furnished and installed new granite pavers, planters, curbing stones, apron stones, ramp stones at curb cuts and coping stones. All stone was supplied by Granite Bussiere of Quebec, Canada, to meet an aggressive schedule that could not be met by other suppliers. Work also included the composite membrane waterproofing, and rigid insulation over critical occupied spaces below the plaza deck and sealants.
