NER was chosen as General Contractor by the City of Everett to repair the exterior building envelope of this two year old school. After only a couple of years, it was discovered that water was infiltrating the building causing the building to be contaminated with mold. NER’s work involved demolition of the exterior facade, making repairs to the building envelope and rebuilding the exterior to match the original design. The contract includes all selective demolition, microbial remediation and related work including interior repairs, concrete and masonry replacement, curtain wall, window, louver,metal panel and door repair and replacement as well as all roofing repairs.
