234 BERKELEY STREET
Located in the heart of the Back Bay retail district and originally home to the New England Museum of Natural History, 234 Berkeley is a classical French Academic style building designed in 1862. Formerly home to luxury clothiers Bonwit Teller and Louis Boston, the building now houses a flagship Restoration Hardware store. NER completely renovated the facade, replacing deteriorated ornamental brownstone elements with cast stone, patching less severely damaged brownstone and point and cleaning of the remaining elements.
